Also they are listed as "Remanufactured" which by ebay standards means rebuilt/reconditioned to be "as new"

so no one read the listing then.

they send you same alloys like yours but in as new condition i.e. refurbished. then you send your wheels back to them. that price includes vat, courier to both ends. not bad tbh. but you will have to get tyres fitted yourself at extra cost.

And then the nice scrolling text just a few lines later.

If you work it out though it is a rip off.

Local place to me that refurbs alloys charger around £35 a wheel, Which includes taking off the tyres and putting them back on when its done

So 4x£35=£140.

Works out cheaper. Plus their way works out more if you need to replace the tyres.

So IMO it seems like a bit of a rip off no matter which way you try and do it with them.

If you take the time to go onto there site and read the process i think its more then worth it myself

taken from the site:

"How We Do It

Wheel Processes
We carry a huge stock of alloy wheels ready refurbished to fit to your car. whether you have your new wheels fitted by us at our Blackpool workshop or have them mailed out to you, there's no easier way to get your wheels refurbished.

We send the new wheels out to you first, so you can have them fitted by your local tyre fitting centre, when the old wheels are off your car you simply pack them into the delivery boxes, give us a call and we send the driver to pick them up and bring them back to us.

When we get your old wheels back we process them for the next customer.

This process is as follows

We unpack the wheels and remove weights and valves.
We then examine the wheels for buckles bends flatspots and cracks.
All discrepancies are rectified (cracked or very damaged wheels are scrapped)
The wheels then go into a dip tank containing paint stripper.
The next stage is aquablasting to prepare the surface for powder coating.
Sanding comes next to remove any scuffs and scrapes, deeper gouges are TiG welded.
The wheels then go for painting which involves preheating the wheel before applying a layer of tough powder coat.
They then come out of the oven to receive a final coat of hard wearing heat cured lacquer"

In my opinion i would rather my wheels go through this process then go to a bodyshop that see wheel refurbs as an easy £140, which in turn will more then likely see your wheels in the same state a year later as they were refurbed on the cheap

exactly, the way they do it is professionally and properly, going to have them done at 80% of bodyshops wouldnt as they would just rub them down and repaint, some dont even take tyress off!

The place i had them done at took the tyres off, Prepped the wheel up then painted them with 2k paint.

Looking to get the next set of wheels on the car done by them as they look fantastic. Surprised me when I picked them up!
