Trying to get the XE corsa MOT'd today
however just remembered the horn button for the steering wheel got broken yonks ago, this is the only thing i think i will fail on to be honest
heard i can just bridge the wires on a £2.50 button from maplin, no probs there, but does it have to be secure like the hazard switch or can it be loose? or perhaps just gaffer tape the fuck out of it to the inside edge of the steering wheel
this is only a quick fix to scrape through the mot while another is on order, but have to get this done today
any ideas folks?

pretty sure it will have to be secure on the steering wheel.
mount it on a thin piece of metal and wrap that around the wheel.
dunno if it will pass like that but worth a go!

Doesn't have to be on the wheel, some cars have the horn on the stalks

Horn button can be anywhere, just get a push to make switch and mount it somewhere easily removable with a big fuck off HORN label!
