i owuld go derv purely for the fact they tend to be lower insurance
You have no chance of insuring a CTR on the cheap

It's a toss up (ooooo matron) some people like modern comforts, less chance of things breaking, easier to fix, meets better safety standards etc etc etc.
I found this out to my detriment last night when I took my wee brothers Mini to football and had to drive back home in the dark with no headlights because they refused to switch on

You'd be surprised. Most of them will get mid 20's if you take it easy. Not THAT far off a hard driven CTR.
