Dear Tom,
Thank you for your recent email.
I'm sorry to tell you that we have stopped making Gino Ginelli ice cream some time ago due to low demand.
As this is obviously disappointing news for you. If you would kindly send me your contact details, I will be happy to send you a voucher so that you can try another product from our range.
I look forward to hearing from you again shortly.
Kind regards,

Hi!
Do you still make Gino Ginelli ice cream?
It was always a favourite of mine, especially the mint choc chip.
And I loved the advert.... "tutti frutti, what a cutie"
Kind Regards,
Ben Jackson.
I want a voucher too.

I'm sorry to tell you that we stopped making Wall's Gino Ginelli Ice Cream some time ago due to low demand. There are currently no plans to relaunch this product.
We appreciate this is obviously disappointing news for you. I will pass your comments about Wall's Gino Ginelli Ice Cream to our Brands Team for their consideration in future developments.
Thank you for taking the time to contact us.

Do you reckon if enough of us ask about it the Brands manager may decide to bring it back!!

Ha I'll let you know what vouchers I get.
Toffe fudge was best. Closely followed by mint choc chip. They would need thousand of votes to bring it back.
On a side note tesco soft scoop mint choc chip tastes exactly the same
