Basically my phone is insured with my bank, but I bought the phone off AVForums second hand (practically brand new). I never chased up the original receipt but I do have a bank statement and a paypal receipt for the payment.

Question is will they process my claim or tell me to bollocks? .

In all honesty, And from my experience, Just buy yourself a new phone. The hastle i had with the insurance company when i calimed was unreal!
