So far got....

Recon head
Head set .....bolts gaskets etc
Cambelt inc tensioners
Water pump
Oil + filter
Coolant/anti freeze 5ltrs

How will the shity milky/mayo oil all come out?

Is it worth dropping what i can and then put some cheapo oil in with a treatment then drop that?

if water pump etc has been done already no need to do it again, and cant you get head skimmed instead of new one?

i would use single grade oil to clean out system, drop that and fill with proper oil

Recon head? No need, just skim it if required.

Water pump not really needed unless it's due either. That's if doing it on a budget anyway.

Head was cheap enough....

TBH i dont know when belt and pump where done so had bought them anyway few weeks back..

Single grade?

ye i always flush mine through with single grade oil, SAE10W is what i use but i get it through work for free, otherwise do what you said, put some cheap oil through with engine flush for half hour ish
