What are they like to live with? Does anybody know? I was looking at one yesterday, that i think i am going to purchase either next week or the week after. Its a X reg, 1.9 turbo diesel. 105 bhp (standard) it has electric windows, mirrors, sunroof and a bonus... electric heated seats
Basically, the car isnt anything special, its cheap and will do me for what i need it for. It has 12 months mot and 6 months tax. Hes after £500 for it. Good or bad?

Cheers

What he said. They've got some quirky little styling touches to them too imo!

Why so cheap would be my question. The 6 months tax is worth over 10% of that, doesn't say much for the rest of the car

Yeah, im not after anything special, just something cheap n cheerful for the moment till i can afford something better. I have been to look at it and theres nothing wrong with it really. Has 120,000 miles which is the only downfall, but then again it is a strong engine, and has just been mot'd with no advisories.

well that one hadn't been looked after at all, but still did me for 17,000 miles in a year, and i gave it death

eventually the exhaust fell over and the clutch went.

interior was horrible and things fell off all the time

drove about as well as a standard corsa B imo

Always loved that shape Bravo for some reason.

The new shapes are lovely.

Be alright for £500 - can't see it being horrendous, no worse than any other car for £500
