If no-one claims it, does the money go back into the jackpot after a certain date or does it get used towards things that are funded by lottery money?

I know a chap like that, multi-millionaire real estate tycoon, Harvard law graduate, some other doctorate thing, houses all over the world, both his sons are lawyers has one of the nicest apartments overlooking Central Park in New York. Yet he lives in Phuket, drives around in some busted old japanese thing from the 70's wears the same clothes everyday, eats in the cheapest nastiest thai restaurants, literally lives like a bum. Although i do manage to overcharge him quite well on the work i do for him sometimes
