Hi all
As most of you are aware I supply HID kits to forum members, and have done for a while now. Quite often I get asked about LED 501 side lights to match hid kits and finally the answer is yes.
Here are some pictures to show you them fitted. They look blue in the pictures but they are actually white and match HID lights great as you can see. Sorry for the low picture quality the pictures were taken off my phone so blurring the bright light a bit.
They contain 8 SMD white LEDs and they are canbus friendly so will not cause errors with modern cars using canbus systems with a bulb failure warning light on the dash.
Regarding prices I am thinking £9-10 delivered for the pair and they will come with a 1 month warranty and will be sent first class to you. There will be a special price if ordered with a hid kit.
Could you please let me know if you would be interested in a pair so that I know if the amount of people that would be interested so that I can offer you the best deal. They should be available in the next few weeks if enough people are interested.
Thank you for your time
Cheers MJ

So you just have two bits of circuit board that appear to be glued together? No wonder they only have a single months warranty

No details are 100% yet so things can change.
But people can damage bulbs when fitting them to car which would then not be the fault of the product.

Can you not get the same ones ultraleds use, the canbus compatible ones, cylindrical, they are good and look better, weren't cheap though.

not keen on those. i had some similar to put in the focus and when fitted you could see the yellow bits when the sidelights weren't on, so i put in some single led ones instead.

Them first ones are not canbus ones. So might cause some issues on cars. And the price of the Same ones as mine are £10.58 + £2.82 postage so £13.40 for a pair.

First ones don't say canbus but they are, definitely, popular on loads of forums for newer cars, they draw enough current to act like a normal bulb.
