why not do one somewhere else where you dont have to raise those stupud amounts, takes the pressure off then allowing you to train properly.

getting £300 is bad enough to do the Great North Run, would be a nightmare raising £1500 to £200 which is what most charities get you to sign up for.

I know a fair few people who have done it.... get a link up to your sponser page on here and facebook ect...you will easily get a grand - most people I know got well over 2k
