hello im thinking of breaking a car in the near future and was wondering how much theese bits are worth

2.0 brakes
c16xe engine 130k with everything apart from inlet and exhaust
cheap 2nd hand coilovers
gsi kit 2 jacking point covers missing
gsi interior wear on drivers seat
ripspeed flip out head unit
full 1.6 exhaust system including 421 manifold
mantzel inlet
