Getting a car allowance with my new job so looking to get a new car. Leased would be best option needs to have a maintiance contract with it and be allowed 20k PA on mileage.

I get £400 a month and then 11ppm. What should i get? Who is the best company to go to?

Im thinking a 1 series BMW or A3 i just dont know.

Hardly any places advertise with 20k. Phone them up and they will quote it. My van went up £12 a month to up to 25k.

Got to be a Black Edition if you go for an A3. There aren't many to choose from though as Audi totally underestimated demand for them. If you want a new one you are looking at 5 or 6 months waiting time And those that are out there are fairly highly priced. I have been looking recently and there aren't many to choose from.

And about the Alfa I'm not sure about the reliability of them still. But it has a warranty, it's just if you have a good dealer nearby that doesn't involve you going miles out the way to get there if something goes wrong.

I had a look round one the other day in the shopping centre and they look good, dash is a bit funny but other than that I quite liked it.

My MiTo has had no major problems at all (1.6 JTD), dealer has been nothing short of amazing with customer service and it's a fine motor. With my heavy right foot (85+ on the motorway and a fast drive to work) I average between 48 and 51MPG day in day out, it's fun to drive, planted, different and was far cheaper than a Fiesta/Audi A1/*shudder*Golf TDI.

Go and take a serious look at one!
