Iron Man 2 - 9/10

The Social Network - 8/10

The Other Guys - 7/10

Robin Hood (2010) - not yet watched

Watched a few this weekend, dont usually make these threads but thought I'd ask for opinions on Robin Hood before I watch it tonight.

Also, reccomend me some new films please

Predators is out on DVD tomorrow so gonna pick that up. I agree with your iron man 2 rating. Watched it 3 times in a week!

We started watching 'race to witch mountain' on the free Sky channel yesterday, but I had to go out shopping so missed the end.

Queue most of yesterday afternoon looking for a DVD of it in Bath....we found one for £18 in the end

Got it for a Fiver this afternoon in Sainsburys

Psychoville now though

Someone on my FB said it wasnt as good as the first, I thought it was far better actually. I liked the way they brought SLJ in as Nick Fury, recruiting for The Avengers, that was pretty cool.

Yeah and the black widow fitted in pretty well too, plus she's fit as fuck! I thought it might end up like the x men films did where it gets spoilt by having too many heroes in it but it was very well done. War machine is very cool. I just wished they had got terrence howard back though.

robin hood i thought was shite.

i liked the other guys. thought it was pretty funny.

i wacthed 4 lions the other night. top quality film. very funny indeed.

Robin Hood wasn't that best tbh, had the potential to be so much better.

I thought Iron Man 2, in high def, was awesome.

SLJ was in the first Iron Man aswell

Preferred number one to the sequel personally, two is a great film just isn't as rewatchable as the original imo

Fuckin hell I've just bought predators and then found out I had already pre ordered it weeks ago. Must have been drunk because I don't remember doin it!

Robin Hood is fucking shite. I only made it through about an hour, then turned it off.

Got Iron Man 2 on Blu-Ray coming in the post this week. Haven't seen it yet either, so very much looking forward to some 1080p action

Robin hood was ok, not that great.
Predators is about the same. It didnt really have the violent/gorey edge that the originals had imo.

Iron Man 2 was good but nothing like as good as the 1st one.

I know they are both far fetched but the 2nd one just went a bit silly for me with the amount of other characters appearing. I did enjoy it though as a visual blowing things up, loud and brash kind of film.

I'm a big scaredy cat when it comes to films so I want to see Predators but I don't want to be sat there jumping Don't mind gore, just hate jumpy films. Is it jumpy?

i said that.

some of things i dont like about IM2
some russian can step out on track and take on tony and almost win.
iron man and war machine having to team up.
too many american flags.
tonys dad somehow knowingly that he will one day need a special element for his reactor. (btw an element cant be made. thats science)

theres other stuff but that was the main beef i had with iron man 2
