Yeah i suppose they will have the option to leave negative feedback. Rock and a hard place springs to mind.

Cut it up into digit sized jigsaw pieces for them to piece together with one piece missing.

If you're interested, it's this pikey bastard; http://www.facebook.com/highjinx.illusion
edit; just noticed he, or they, have a website, juggling shop or some bollox - buy something then claim it never turned up. repeat and congratulate yourself.
edit again; read the thread, only just saw the myspace link - the paypal and ebay will be setup with his double act

I've had an email from ebay this morning to say that the account had been used without the owners consent and that they have deleted the listing so that no negative feedback etc can be left aswell as refunding my fees.
Not sure if this means the ebay account or the pay pal account was used fraudulently or both. Looks like im going to have to re-list it and no doubt do it all again

Going back to this...
ebay have removed the item as the account was hacked.
The only problem is the dispute is still open in Paypal and 'requiring my attention' and the only options avaliable are to refund the buyer....even though i was never paid for the item. The £21.00 still shows as being held.
Do i ignore it and let PayPal sort it out?

If you've not received any money, just do the refund.
PayPal's (and eBay's for that matter) website is shit, end of.
If you phone them you'll probably be on hold for about an hour before being put through to some Filipino call centre agent who will just read from a script card .

When i select the option to refund the buyer it attempts to remove money from my account though...money i havent had? Will the money thats on hold get release to me or the persons account it came from?
As knowing my luck ill refund the buyer AND the funds on hold will go back to the buyer.
