its called Andromeda 0008/BC T970
Its by MIPA and is under the VIP range
think its around £500 a litre plus VAT

quite a few companies do varients of it though

can get it abit cheaper here http://www.specialistpaints.com/product.php?p=spectracoat-paint but i've never used this type of paint from them i've only used their shimmer paint, so cannot comment on its quality

If he wants a individual colour choose a base colour then go with a pearl top coat as with any 3 stage.
