I re-installed windows yesterday and my Broadband connection was mashed!
It reset all my tweaks back to normal and i was pulling 30kb/s MAX
So i got on the case and 45 minutes of messing about with RWIN values and testing for packet loss, I am now back to my 75kbs speedyness

T3 is a USA frame format which is 45Mbit/sec...
The UK mainly operates on the SDH now which gives 2mbit, 155mbit, etc.... although you can get various multiples of 2mbit...
E1, E3, etc are the older system and operate at 2mbit and 34mbit....
