General information -

Just to add carb is now sorted and I'm up for swaps for a offroad ready discover/defender!!


I have up for sale my much loved mk2 Ryder 1991 golf.

The shell is pretty mint to be honest no stonechips on bonnet doors are all straight etc etc.

The Golf has a 1.8 Gti 8v engine which is pretty clean and a good runner apart from the carb that has been put it is a brand new weber but I just don't think it has been setup properly as it seems to be overfueling or I could be wrong as the car runs brilliant just it smells of fuel!?

Spec:

1.8 8v Gti engine
Black gti interior
Corrado front and rear seats
Big bumper model k
Crystal headlights with cross
Been undersealed on all arches
Coilovers all round not sure of brand will check
Borbet A's 9.5x16 inch on rear 7.5x16 on front with stretched rubbers on rear
Brand new exhaust
Half crystal half red rear lights

Bad points:

3 months mot but will put 12 on
Could do with carb setting up
Also could possibly do with new starter motor as sometimes slow to turn over

Apart from what I've listed the car is excellent and I've been totally honest with everything.
