Recently my xe started ideling badly and stalling at junctions when i slowed down and dipped my clutch. So i bought and cleaned a new icv fitted it and noticed one of my pipes had a bad kink in it so i straightened it out and move the icv a bit so the pipe wouldnt get bent again. When i started it it idles miles better just seems to hover between 490-510 doesnt have a flat idle. but when i come to a junction and dip my clutch the revs drop to about 100 and it revs itself to about 1400. ive also noticed that the needle for the temp on the dash drops when i drive it to below 90c and doesnt raise unless i stop so ive fitted a new cts and its the same :/ and help/ideas are greatly appreciated thanks

490-510rpm? It'd stall at that would it not?

no it idles at that when its warm cold its about 950-1000 but is fine when cold

no EML?
below 90 on a cruise is normal if it sits around 88ish?

yeah sits quite low and no eml on ages ago it did and it came up lambda but the lambdas ok its not a genuine gm one though

Not too sure mate, that's what I'm chanigng on mine. I've got some parts that I know are potentially fucked so I'm just doing it through a process of elimination.

AFM can cause the fluctuation in revs when coming to a standstill and lambda sensor could be the cause of poor idle/pickup but wouldnt make it idle that low.
You sure the ICV is all connected up with no leaks/problems?

Pretty sure I'm gonna have a look when it's running just to check and I'm going to reset my ecu to see if it logs any faults
