I just don't go to work if it snows bad The snowsocks look good and I'd consider getting them but they dont stop someone else from running in to you.

That's good. They're so much easier to get on and off than chains. When I was in France a few years back there was a guy in an Alfa Romeo who hadn't brought chains with him. He decided to borrow a mates Snowsock and put it on one of the front wheels to drive up an icy slope. All I can say about what happened was fail.

Might have gotten away with it if he had a Q2, but on an open diff there was wheelspin all over the shop!
