Im lowered 40mm on 195/50/15s ET46 and theres loads of room for more...

yes mate, aslong as your wheels are about et 40 and above in 15's.

45's are smaller than the origanal wheels, they look pants cos they look too small and they are more expensive, and the ride is worse, well that was my reasons for getting 50 profiles when i had 15's.

but when 50's only cost 30 quid and 45's are 40 plus then it makes more sense.
