Im trying to remember a film I used to watch when I was a kid. Im pretty sure it was an 80s film, It was about an american secret agent who had this mad black car that came out of the bottom of a beat up old wooden truck. The baddies drove modified 911s I think. There was somethinga bout eagles too, like it was the good guys logo or something.
