Seen this video posted over on mig this looks like it will be interesting when its finished.
Its got some pretty high spec bits on like quiafe sequential box, big power dry sumped c20let, semi space framed front end, big slicks, carbon bootlid and so on.
Sadly its just a build clip with no actual video but it looks impressive already.

Take it the person that made the space frame doesn't know anything about chassis then?

semi space frame looks more for mounting the charge cooler and fuel cell too rather then structural. As you say sand-eel it looks interesting!
Its still got the original chassis rails and front cross member

I think the end product of the front end is going to be one of them painted on headlights and bumper

The video was originally posted on Lee's thread in response to his new front end.
Lee has cut back the chassis rails and replaced the front cross member with cds tubing though his definitely is structural.

Triangulation = no
bends with adequate supports = no
bends in pipe where a straight piece should be used = yes
TBH I spent a year designing a 205gti rear subframe, in the end it could take 20tons of sideways impact force, only weighed 20kgs and was aluminium, also was taught some stuff by an ex lotus f1 chassis designer, so know my stuff
