I am not able to get a halfords trade card as I am not in the motoring industry and you need to show them qualifications, could someone kindly get me a trade card and il paypal some money through  ?, Thanks

Try going in wearing a boilersuit at dinnertime as if your on your lunch break and try and wing it. I never got asked for proof when I went in.

I've got one and I'm not in the automotive industry mate. I just went in and told them I was a mechanic at the factory I worked (I'm a fitter), showed them a pay slip and they gave us it now problem. Was the one in Paisley as well.

I'm not in the motoring industry but they gave me one. Just needed me to show them some form of engineering qualification. I fix aeroplanes in the RAF so nothing i buy from halfords is used for my work.

I am a coach builder building Refridgerated vehicles and lorries and they said i couldn't have one as I had no qualifications and that is not a mechanical job WTF

It was a messy break up
She obviously saw I was still using it on a regular basis (I'm often helping friends out with bits and peices so it's good!) and thought fuck that! I then scratched the magnetic strip on it a bit so it wouldn't swipe and had a bit of a moan in another store and the girl behind the till gave me one for free!
