Item is listed on other aucton style sites and elsewhere so may be removed at any time

If the van does not sell for a SENSIBLE PRICE one of 3 things will occur

1, I shall remove from the auction and get the bodywork done at a bodyshop and fit a new uprated clutch and use once again

2, After the above work I will relist

3, I will break for spares and list items for auction separately

Fucking cock. Why not set a reserve if you want it to sell for a "SENSIBLE PRICE"?
ebay is full of morons these days

In theory yes, but how would you enforce that?
I've won auctions in the past and even paid, then had an email off the "seller" saying they've lost / broken it so can't sell... refund, and template email from ebay saying auction invalid... only to see it listed again 3 days later

Makes it ok does it?... what's the point in bidding on his item? He's got a reserve set in his mind (sorry, "SENSIBLE PRICE"), that nobody knows, not even ebay. So when someone asks how much he's wanting for it, they get "as much as possible"
Blatently circumventing ebay reserve fees, so what's to say he's not shill bidding it too?

Paddy is a top bloke known him for a long while. His workmanship is second to non. He used to make all my engine mounts etc
He has had the transit for years as his everyday run about, alittle shocked he is selling it.
