How important is it to strengthen the front chassis when putting a c20let in?? Gna be running 250bhp

aslong as front crossmember is solid it will be fine without any.

unlike mine, my rad had a small weep in its life as a 1.6 and rotted most of the front panel so ive had to re-weld it all ith plates and the conversion plates but all in no and running  hat happened to the 2ltr dale?

O good stuff glad to hear it told you was a good motor i was gutted when i got rid of it still got pics of it in my corsas ive had lol yeh same here mate rebuilt let and f28 all the way mines in and running good luck with yours btw
