Mrs has been left neg feedback for a top she has sold.

"Size was not as label and very obvious that it was not a size 16"

I want to reply with a funny comment like...

"Sorry your fat and a size 20 not 16....."

MC028 Recommendations to improve your buyers' satisfaction - whittie1989
Dear whittie1989,

We've noticed that you may not be meeting buyer expectations, as indicated by your detailed seller ratings (DSRs). We've identified the following areas you can work on to improve your performance on eBay:

***Communicate promptly and professionally***

By keeping in touch with your buyers and maintaining a positive, professional tone, you can resolve many concerns before they become problems.

- Respond promptly to all questions or concerns.
- Send updates to keep your buyers informed of the status of their purchase.

You can learn more about communication best practices here:

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/communicating.html

***Write clear and accurate item descriptions***

Buyers rely on the information in your listing description to make their purchase decision. To better manage their expectations:

- Write simple and clear descriptions, with no misleading or conflicting information.
- Provide details about the condition of the item, fully explaining any defects or flaws.

You can learn more about item description best practices here:

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/descriptions.html

***About eBay's seller performance standards***

To meet the minimum standards required to sell on eBay, you'll need to limit the number of 1s and 2s you receive on your detailed seller ratings.

If you exceed 1% of your total transactions with low DSRs for "item as described," or greater than 2% on any other DSRs, your account will be considered as below standard. If you receive too many cases for items not received or items not as described, or negative or neutral Feedback, you may also be considered as performing below standard.

To review the requirements, copy this link into a new browser window:

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/seller-non-performance.html

Thank you for your cooperation in this important matter.

Regards,

eBay Trust & Safety

i fully agree with this statement. Fat people make me sick, its their greed that has got them there and IMO they should be exported as food to the third world for their sins.

this would solve 3 problesm

1) reduced nhs costs
2) help solve the hunger throughout the world
3) stop us having to see these awful people and them thinking the world owes them.
