I've got 300lb front on avo adjustables and 250lb rear on avo adjustables. Really stiff but handles like it's on rails.

Jakey how do you find the 250 rears? Too hard, does it slide out sometimes or planted?

Personally they are a little hard. Great for flat roads but try and get round a corner with a dip or bump the arse likes to step out.

hmm, I went for 350 front and 250 rear but haven't tested the car yet

coilover springs are cheap anyway so i'll get softer ones if needed

I have 300lb on the front and imo is way too hard for the roads. As said, it will handle like it's on rails but in future i would go a little softer.

300 on the front, and 400 on the back for dry weather, wet weather 250's, and no arb on the rear.
