im undecided what suspension to go for atm. I cant decide wheather to go for coilovers or just upgrade the shocks.

Ive been looking at the k-tec coilovers which are a fixed damping, set up for 'fast road' apparently. Which are £359

stumpled across a jamex coilover kit, which go slighly lower (not bothered) than the k-tec coilovers, but have an adjustable damping on the front. £379

Or do i just buy bilstein fixed rate shocks

im asking on here as plenty have had clio sport on here, and hopefully can give opinions.

Im going to polybush the front end of the car aswel, so should be handling.

Is there any need for coilovers? If I didn't need constant height adjustment I'd always spend my money on separate spring/damper kit, as coilovers for the same money tend not to be the same quality

I had H&Rs before the ASTs and they were fantastic on B roads in terms of riding bumps. but when chucking it around they'd actually bottom out now and again

bit like the bilstiens I have on the saxo absolutly epic on B roads but a lil soft on track. But some higher weight springs would sort that I think

Eibachs and a fast road set up (stock shocks are Bilsteins)

If going for coilovers either KW Variant 2's or ASTs if you are flush. H&R's get good reviews but are viewed as a bit soft and are non adjustable.

has anyone used the bilstein om shocks?
They're a fixed rate shock, supposed to be upgrade from standard shocks, with a shorter sanction.
Thinking of getting those and buy eibach pro springs.

Get rid of these shitty apex springs then.

Bilstein with eibachs. Very good ride and decent handling, can't go to far wrong really!

probably be a better set up than the k-tec coilovers. Spend the rest of the money on polybushing it then i think
