Anyone with an ounce of intelligence would know charging someone £75 for something that didn't actually want (or found £100 cheaper) isn't right.
Fucking rems.

What if they had placed an order, as Dr Pepper said, straight after you had phoned them? Then they had to cancel that order, thus incurring a charge for themselves?

Great customer service.
Companies like these deserve to be put out of business, fucking wasters.

It's not the customer's problem. You are allowed a cooling off period as a consumer.

They shouldn't fuck me about though, see already about 5 people in this thread won't every be tempted to buy from them as a result of this.
What is worse is that you can't get hold of them by telephone most days and there is no answer phone either.

The supplier they ordered off would cancel the order at no cost if it was in that short a period of time(if they didnt then they would be in business as a wholesaler fr long) .... basically if i order something on behalf of a customer, i am effectively then the customer and I get a little cooling off period too .... most suppliers will wait a few days before actually getting on with your order in case of mistakes.....they will normally only charge for cancelled orders if they have had to specially order in, or produce something for you - its rare that you would get charged basically.
