Ive got a phone listed on ebay, and ive noticed someone else selling the same item as me..

The photos are diferent, but its the same context as mine..

what do i do?

In all honesty Anty, what difference does it make if he copied yours a bit? As long as whoever buys the phone and he doesn't mess them about I don't see the problem.

I'm always wary of copied listings, makes me think people are doing it quick to get some fraud on the go.

When it's your website that's fair enough. But on eBay I'd be more wary of the person who uses a google image tbh.
