Does anyone on here use them and which is the best?

Past few years I've really struggled to get to sleep, end up waking up every 10/20 minutes, and if I go to bed at 11pm or so I only really start to sleep at about 3/4am....Just can't seem to switch off and fall into a deep sleep.

So contemplating trying sleeping tablets, to try and get a good night's sleep

I've tried a few difference ones but nothing helped me. Nytol were the worst ones as they didn't help me get to sleep but made me very tired the next day.

Do you regularly drink tea/coffee/red-bull/cocacola etc? Also avoid doing anything that makes your mind go crazy before going to sleep e.g. action films, games console.

See your doc first. Sleeping tablets will give you a hangover too, so if you can change your lifestyle to help you sleep then you will feel a lot better

Decent slug of booze does it for me. Something with a high % in small amounts though.

Take some doses of magnesium. It will also give you some weird yet funny dreams.

I put a film or couple episodes of something, lie in bed in a comfortable sleeping position, works wonders

I found wanking pretty good when I was in my teens I also used to smoke loads of pot, which was also very good. Don't drink alcohol you'll wake up once you've sobered out.

How old are you? Got a lot on your mind?

Best bet is speak to your Dr.
