wot type of middle section is best and sounds nices without bein to loud on a 1.6 sport
i already have a
k and n panel filter
4 branch manifold
decat
piper back box

standard middle section

want a better one options please??

was thinkin small middle box stainless

I've got a standard manifold and cat, but with the Sportex 'race tube' centre section and Sportex 3" back box. It sounds quite nice, but it is pretty loud, obviously would be louder with a 4-2-1 manifold and decat but i'm thinking of putting a silencer back in if thats any help?

You can get a centre pipe with a silencer from Sportex but they're only Mild steel, pretty sure you'll be able to get them made up easily enough somewhere if you wanted stainless though

ye i no theres a place near me that do them goin pay them a vist 2moz but was unsure wot kind of sixe to get small slim short long box size is important i surpose in sound wise

yeah i had a race tube on before hand and was canny loud and eventually done my head in and tried the silencer which quietened the car down perfectly but with still a little note to it.

Iv got a janspeed 4-2-1 manifold,remus center silencer,magnex back box and does sound pretty good when giving it some.

Mine does have a slight rasp at high revs but more grunty sound lower down.

cheers mate heard a few on youtube now decided powerflow middle section with small silencer sounds nice with decat and back box will let u no how it goes if i get one
