3 bed detached, garage down the side with space for 3 cars on your own drive and a decent sized garden.

i like the place i'm in now but you know what bloody women are like!

it is very good value though as it's a reposession. other houses down the same street have sold for 310k, 320k and 285k from feb 2010-july 2010.

sometimes I'm glad I don't have one to pester me, I'm quite happy with my little 2 bed house, only crap thing is no virgin media and no decent internet speeds

chafford hundred, just down the road from where we are now

it's much bigger than our current house inside. the master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and the other 2 bedrooms can get double bed's in which is good.

there was a downstairs toilet aswell under the stairs which is good, and the living/dining room was nice, although it needs a major clean up/paint/new carpets.

the estate agent said you'd get 235k all day long for it once it's sorted out though so that's a pretty good investment.

probably needs about a grand including carpets/paint/wallpaper but might be worth it.

it's just a ball ache putting ours on the market and waiting for someone to buy ours
