Other option is to wait until there are witnesses and ask him why he told you to fuck off etc, If he admits it and you have witneses goto someone higher.

update:

got taken up to the office today by our line manager , the person above my manager, oi explained what happened.

And all i got was, well you should work harder for him, and support him talk about a kick in the face !

also been to the doctors, and hey said i could take two options anxiatie pills... dont think spelling is correct.

or go for council in , so iv gone for that
