hi, can anyone help me i have a 1999 corsa 1.4 sport lacking power throughout all rev range and speed

atm it struggles to 90 when i first got it, it used to fly
its had new rocker gasket plugs and still runs like crap

YOU MEAN TO SAY THE ROCKER COVER HAS NOT FIXED IT?

rocker gaskit has nothing to doo with it i changed that as it was leaking nothing to do with the problem

Could be an EGR problem? Mine had a major flat spot when the EGR failed. Maybe head gasket as well? Could be a number of things really! Any engine management light?

I would say EGR too.
