Not bothered about stiffness as i have brand new shocks so i just wondering if these are any good?! Anyone had them!?

Neither will be great for the ride without aftermarket shocks too.
I had Jamex springs on my Corsa and the ride was shocking. Really bouncy, like ya on a rollercoaster
I'd never get springs alone again.
