Hello all. Im in the process of converting my corsa 1.2 16v to a 1.4 16v and wanted some nicer clocks for it. But ive been told as im using the F13cr gearbox off my 1.2 that 140mph clocks wouldnt read speed right in my car. Can anyone confirm this and possibly a way round it? Cheers Scott

im not positive but if the clocks are electric they should read ok?

Yeh the clocks are electric its a 2000 W plate with 0-130 clocks atm but i wanted 0-140 ones as they look a fair bit nicer but thought they would read 10mph faster than i would actually be doing

I thought the only difference was if it was for a different amount of cylinders like 1.0l 12v clocks in a 1.2 or something like that. As far as i'm aware it should be fine.
