engine light comes on and car completely cuts out, starts straight back up tho but want to kno wot the problem is... anyone had this?

Under what conditions does the car cut out?, coming up to junctions with the clutch depressed? full throttle? does it happen all the time? When the engine is hot or cold?

You need to give a bit more information so people can get a better understanding of whats going on

Both hot and cold, it does it approaching unctions when I'm decreasing my speed

hm i think its the idle control value. wot happens is your drivin down the road then th EML will come on then wenever you stop (put clutch in) the revs will drop and engine will cut out

actually as it goes it happened the same time as my speedo stopped working, so could it be speed sender on gearbox?
