ive kind of been on/off smoking for about a year now - before that I smoked for about 8 years - mainly rollies and spliffs...currently havnt smoked in a few weeks(although i did have a cheeky bong or two over xmas)

Truth is your not gonna quit unless you actually want to - I am bored of smoking now, dont really want to do it anymore and so im not really missing fags at all - im also combining quiting with more fitness stuff - might as well feel the benefits in your lungs as well as in your wallet.

Personally I find the first week or so the easiest when quitting - it gets hard after that, in my experiance it never really gets that easy and you will have to substitute your fag addiction for something else - try and make it the gym ect rather than drinking more, smack ect ..... traffic jamms are absolute killers, if i had baccy in the car i would roll up every traffic jam i get into.

Its even harder when you have a habbit of smoking weed to as you are also kicking that at the same time - which imo is something you miss far more than nicotine.
