i used them to pick up wheels from down south and bring them to me in scotland.

can't fault them tbh. Was £28 for 4 wheels and was very fast, picked up down south on tuesday and at my door on wednesday.

I used them a few times with no problems, but had a nightmare once with them where they didn't turn up to collect an item yet the bloke was rude as fuck on the phone even started swearing at me even though I was outside washing my car all day so I know they didn't turn up. They just tried to get out of it, so they lost my business. I use parcel2go now, it's cheaper too.

The price looked good to me, read a few stories where they have turned up bang on time and delivered exactly when they were supposed to

But also some where items vanish, they dont turn up for a few days to collect items & items get damaged

They finally sent shitty link to pick my wheels up today. Waited in all of yesterday and no sign of them, gave me tracking info after I spent all morning trying to get through to them, then shitty link were too busy. Turned up at about 6.30 and my bro had to load the wheels into the van cos the driver was a grumpy fucker who wouldn't pick them up.

Safe to say I will be keeping away from them.

Same as parcel2go, just a middle man company, except they charge more for the privilege. Cheapest way is to go direct through the company

I would say parcel2go are just a booking company, as you select the courier you want, bit like confused.com.

Yeah thats how it works. The 3rd Party (Parcel2Go, Paisley Freight etc) organise special rates with the couriers which are way below what an average consumer could get near based on number of sales etc
