The rubber around the door frames on My Atra Coupe is doing my head in big time, Screeching every time i open the door and windows!

Can any of you suggest anything that will stop this? I've tried using a bit of vaseline but it only lasts a couple of days

Gummipledge is what BMW use. Think you will have to go to a dealer though to get it.

I have some Lithium Grease in the garage so will try that first i think If that fails, i will get some gummiepledge

Silicone spray lubricant.



I also spray it on the rubbers around the doors/door frames and in the door locks so when it's freezing outside the doors can still be opened!

my brothers cupra used to screech loads when he first got it,then i told him to get some gummiplege and it dont make a noise atall
