No not with a pair of tights...

Want to go with a black theme on the VXR8, just wondering what the police are like towards tinted headlights. want to go for a smoked look

Depo ? is that where the insides are painted black ??

Can put a light tint on the back lights as long as you can still see the light shining through and as long as you mask up the reflectors.

heres beckhams porsche with black headlights, its in america so laws my be different,
i dont know myself though

Want to make side indicators black too (currently white/clear)

want to do a "murdered out" look

just spoke to the guys in the MOT bay
indicators, side repeaters and rear lights can be as dark as you like so long as the correct colour is clearly visible when they are on.
Headlights can only be yellow/amber or clear, zero tolerance on tinting them black

You need to not tint the reflectors as well Tom.

yeah they are dark but i want them slightly darker.
the reflectors are built into the rear cluster so will see how that goes

just tint the headlights too

they wont need much and i wouldnt have thought the police would give you grief as its not a car they would go after

Sayin that about the reflectors, you could tint the whole light reflector and all and position a couple of more subtle stick on ones somewhere?

With the headlights, chances are that the police will either be driving past you and not see them or be in front of you and probably not notice. Just remember to have a get out when it comes to MOT time.
