i seen a couple in newcastle on friday, only noticed them coz of there bright blue lights around the top. they kinda look like parking meters from a distance

And the stupid wankers of parking managers have decided to give them the best spaces in the place. Annoying as fuck when you need to park on level 6 or 7 and there are 4 perfectly good faggoty spaces at the door.
