Does anyone do a full lowering kit for the corsa C, not just springs?

That is a koni damping adjustable kit.

whats the quality like? is the ride improved alot? and whats the lowering of this kit?

Quality is good. Ride is very firm (although it is adjustable). Great for when blasting round but when driving through town bumpy as hell. Kit lowers it 40mm.

Any shop should be able to get it for you. They just get in contact with the Koni suppliers.

corsas suspension stiff anyway just get sum springs alot cheeper

I used to have PI springs. They were shite.
