I think you would just touch 15's on the 1/4 mile , but doesnt look for off.

My old x16xe did 1/4 at York in 15.7 i think it was, dbilas inlet, full stainless and cams, RR'd at 135bhp.

teddy/gary did a 16.1 in a stripped gsi. iirc it had an exhaust and a drilled airbox
