Really? We were sold it at college as a HND equivalent, so level 5.

5 under NQF although that has changed now.

New framework is called QCF.

It changes every few years every time each government thinks they can radically improve education but really they just move goalposts and everyone still teaches the same stuff.

Edit - 5 under QCF as well as it inherits ECF numbers which have been about for a few years.

In my defence I only teach to 3 and when I did a degree it was 4, probably need to tell people I have more now!
