brake fluid do i need to buy?

to totally replace the current oe shit with, 1 litre? 2 maybe. i have no idea x

Depends how much you use bleeding. Id play it safe with 2 litres.

It takes 1 iirc, but as you bleed each caliper you'll also use some extra fluid. 2 liters will leave you some spare.
