Has anybody used these or had any experience with them?
http://www.nitrac.co.uk/
Keep warping brake discs on my Mazda 3 MPS and been told these are the best thing since sliced bread for using on trackdays as they don't get as hot as normal discs. Just wanted to hear some opinions from people before forking out for them?
Thanks!

Yeah about the same price, just had more chemical treatment. £308 for a pair of front discs for mine, which is a good price tbh, might just take the plunge, just wanted opinions first.

Could it maybe not be down to the pads??

Got a guy trying to tell me this on Pistonheads. My discs are warped, end of, and that's not what I'm asking. I just wondered if anybody on here had any experience with them

Reason i said it is because i was always aware that discs couldn't "warp" as such.I always thought that the warped disc effect was down to pad deposit/material being stuck to the disc.

Correct, there is no such thing as a 'warped' disc. It's pad transfer more than likely.

Sigh, already had a guy trying to tell me this on PH. You CAN warp discs, it's just not common. If you give a car enough stick you will warp them!

Slighty off topic. The discs I had on the sport when I bought it were shocking. When I took them off you could press down on one side and rock it like it was a pringle or something.

Nitrac ones are better than OE as they are for uprated pads.

you wrap discs through getting them hot and NOT letting them cool slowly ie go for alight 20min drive and dont use the brakes
