Morning

After having the two front tyres replaced at the weekend, I had it all laser aligned .

It appears that my passenger side rear wheel is pointing inwards and will cause excessive tyre wear?

Apparently it cannot be fixed due to the way the car is built? Does anyone know if this is a manufacturing fault or cause by a pot hole or something?

I have the print off, from pro-tyre so can scan it in later when I get a chance.

Car is my C2 btw

bent stub axle can cause this, or the actual rear beam might be bent

The car is still under warranty for another 7 months. Might go to Citroen and kick up a fuss.

id be straight to citroen, thats a fault with the individual car. they might try and blame you though with the recent snow and ice

Lots of cars are built like that.

Have a look at a mini from the rear, the wheels point in the way at the front and are also cambered.

My bet is that it is designed that way so the tyres wear evenly.

Failing that you've bent something, or someone else has jacking it up.

Noticed this with my Mums focus. The rear wheels look as though they are pointing in at the top. Drives perfectly though.
