I put together a challenge/video as part of the Skins Location Challenge and thought I'd share it with the class I know I don't really train like a lot of the people on here but this is pretty simple so everyone that has access to a kettlebell should be able to give it a go!

"3 Minutes of Hell"

As Many Rounds As Possible in 3 minutes of:
7 Kettlebell Swings (24kg)
7 Burpees

All movements are explained in the video

Might give it a go, i'm assuming its 10 times harder than it looks...! Was that your first attempt, or something you do on a regular basis?

Just short of 5 rounds. Bit of a fail in comparrison to you, will give it another go in a few days

If I started doing that in my gym i'd get kicked out. Its not a "muscle" gym.

Not sure if you're still in/around Leeds or not but you should come down to Crossfit Leeds and give it a go mate. Give it a google
